Police men in Uganda have arrested a 21-year-old man who reportedly beheaded his 7-year-old brother so he can use his head to get rich. The incident happened in Uganda.   According to NTV Uganda, the man identified as Herbert Were beheaded his brother, Joel Ogema both residents of Busia district on the Kenya-Uganda border. Overview The Latin name for yarrow is Achillea millefolium and is a tribute to one of the oldest legends surrounding this well-known plant.
